2010 31st Street Summer Concert Series All Shows Start at 7:00 P.M. Pawn Shop Lifters, Cowboy Mouth Rescheduled for Friday, October 8th Due to the forecasted inclement weather, the Cowboy Mouth concert scheduled for this Thursday, September 2 at Neptune's Park has been postponed. The concert is being rescheduled for Friday, Ocober 8 at 7pm. Neptune's Park is located at the intersection of 31st Street and Atlantic Avenue at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This concert is free and open to the public. Cowboy Mouth is the final concert in the 2010 Cox Communications FREE Concert Series at Neptune's Park.
